Intersex

Intersex people are also sometimes referred to as hermaphrodites though the terms do no exactly overlap. However for the purposes of this wiki, they are kept the same, so below are characters who have been classified as either.

This is a condition in which one was born with physical sexual characteristics which lie inbetween male and female and/or have a hormonal balance different from the norm (XXY is one of the more common variations). Superheroes and supervillains can also have a situation occur where a male and female can be fused into a new entity, who for simplicity's sake will be included in this grouping.
